Every moment was a pleasure.
My nurse was amazing and kind and my doctor was beyond wonderful.

I was treated with kindness and respect, compassion. Staff were really good. But transport improved.

I was treated very well and was not rushed at all. The only problem was when I came in 2 days later for the platelets I was told 11 am but it should have been 1 pm. So we had to wait 2 hours.

Nursing care was excellent and the nurses and healthcare assistants were very good and kind. The physiotherapy was very good when it happened. Considering the patient had had a stroke, much more physiotherapy was required every day. Sometimes the patient had none for 4 days. Patients did not like being put in the day room so early for lunch or on the day of going home.

Nothing could be improved. Walked in and treatment is first class.
